Second Wedding for Anderson, Kid Rock
Detroit cerimony follows St. Tropez nuptials
Is there a traditional wedding gift for a couple's second marriage in a week?Pamela Anderson and Kid Rock (Robert Ritchie on his birth certificate) had another wedding over the weekend, following up their July 29 St. Tropez ceremony, with a celebration in the groom's hometown of Detroit.
A posting on the "Stacked" and "Baywatch" star's Web site dated Saturday, Aug. 5, reads discretely:
"It's official. Just left the courthouse!!!!!!! Mr and Mrs Ritchie have left the building.... Off to honeymoon in Detroit! Go Tigers!"
The first-place Tigers, obviously craving Anderson's approval, completed a three-game sweep of American League Central doormats the Cleveland Indians, winning 4-3 on Saturday and 1-0 on Sunday. No word on whether or not Mr. and Mrs. Ritchie were at Comerica Park for either game.
Details on the second wedding for Anderson, 39, and Kid Rock, 35, are scarce. At the St. Tropez wedding, Anderson wore a white string bikini with the traditional "Just Married" slogan written on the rear.
Anderson and her rocker hubby still have some work to do to follow through on her July 26 vow to be married in St. Tropez, Detroit, Malibu and Nashville. Stay turned.
Anderson was previously married to Motley Crue's Tommy Lee in 1995 and divorced him three years later. Besides an infamous sex tape and possibly Hepatitis C, they couple also has two children -- Brandon, 10, and Dylan, 8 -- to show for their marriage. This is the first marriage for Kid Rock.
