'Californication' actress will play Adam Carolla's wife
The actress will play the wife of Adam Carolla's character for the CBS comedy pilot "Ace in the Hole," according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The story centers on a family man and driving instructor (Carolla) who is married to a nurse (Adlon). They have two kids.
Adlon is known as Marcy, the wife of Charlie the agent (Evan Handler), on "Californication," but will move to "Ace" if it's picked up. She also won an Emmy for providing the voice of Bobby Hill on "King of the Hill."
