Four More Join CW's 'Privileged,' 'Easy Money'
Katie Lowes and Jay R. Ferguson join Laurie Metcalf
Brian Hallisay will co-star in the upcoming drama "Privileged," while the trio of Katie Lowes, Jeff Hephner and Jay R. Ferguson have joined "Easy Money," according to The Hollywood Reporter.
"Privileged," the show formerly known as "Surviving the Filthy Rich" and "How to Survive Filthy Rich Girls" before that, is about Megan (Joanna Garcia), a young woman who's hired as a private tutor for two wealthy Palm Beach teenagers. Hallisay will portray one of Megan's love interests, the wealthy, good-looking son of a publishing mogul who lives next door.
He joins the previously cast Anne Archer who stars as the teenagers' grandmother.
"Easy Money" stars Laurie Metcalf as the matriarch of a family of loan sharks that includes Ferguson as the eldest son, Hephner as the middle son and Lowes as the younger sister.
Hephner played the recurring role of Matt Ramsey on "The O.C." while Ferguson is best known for his roles on "Judging Amy" and "Evening Shade." Hallisay and Lowes have guest appearances on a number of shows as well.
