It will be the actor's second marriage

After one failed marriage, Scott Foley is on the way to taking the matrimonial plunge again.

"The Unit" actor is engaged to "Brothers & Sisters" actress Marika Dominczyk, reports People.

Foley, 34, met Dominczyk, 26, through famly in 2003 and have been dating ever since. He took the next step when he proposed with a 4-carat Neil Lane diamond ring.

Foley was previously married to Jennifer Garner, whom he met on the set of "Felicity." After their divorce in 2003, she dated her "Alias" co-star Michael Vartan and then eventually moved on to marry Ben Affleck, with whom she has a daughter.

Foley played the earnest resident adviser Noel on "Felicity" and can currently be seen at Bob Brown on CBS' "The Unit."

Dominczyk has a recurring role on "rothers & Sisters" playing Tyler, the girlfriend of Dave Annable's character. She also was Paul Rudd's new love interest on the big screen in "The 40-Year-Old Virgin."
