Actress got hitched in Fiji, with no guests invited

LOS ANGELES -- The couple got hitched on Sunday, May 7 in a non-denominational ceremony in Fiji, reports People.

"We didn't want to wait another day to get married," says Spelling, 32, who attended the wedding barefoot and in white. No guests attended the small ceremony.

"I've never had as much of a desire to get married and make a woman my wife as I've had with her," adds McDermott, 39. "The feeling is overwhelming. We're soul mates."

In case you doubt the veracity of that statement, just look at McDermott's previous 12-year marriage to Mary Jo Eustace that ended once he met Spelling on the TV movie "Mind Over Murder." At the same time, Spelling ended her marriage to actor-writer Charlie Shanian.

Spelling is best known as Donna Martin on "Beverly Hills, 90210," which was produced by her father, Aaron Spelling. Her other credits include various TV movies, the short-lived sitcom "The Help," "The House of Yes," "Trick," "Scary Movie 2" and the prophetically named "50 Ways to Leave Your Lover." She currently stars as a fictionalized version of herself on VH1's "so noTORIous."
