Trista and Ryan Sutter welcome Maxwell

Trista Sutter has a new little bachelor in her life.

The former "Bachelorette" star and husband Ryan Sutter welcomed their first child, a boy, on Thursday, July 26, reports People.

Maxwell Alston Sutter, weighed 5 lbs., 3 oz. at birth.

Little Max is the result of two years for trying to conceive for the reality show couple.

Trista, a 34-year-old purse designer, chose Ryan, a 33-year-old firefighter, on the 2002 season of "The Bachelorette." A televised wedding followed a year later.

Thus far, Trista is the only "Bachelorette" to have success. Meredith Phillips split with her choice, Ian McKee, while Jen Schefft opted not to select either of her final two suitors.

And aside from Trista and Ryan, "The Bachelor" franchise only spawned one other happy couple: Bachelor No. 6 Byron Velvick and Mary Delgado. There's no word on the status of the latest "Bachelor" match between Navy doctor Andy Baldwin and social worker Tessa Horst.
