CBS snagged the top overall spot in Sunday's Nielsens, while "Dateline" helped NBC capture a demographic victory.

CBS averaged a 5.2 rating/9 share in primetime, beating out NBC's 4.7/8. ABC finished third at 3.1/6. FOX, 2.3/4, took fourth, and The CW was barely a blip at 0.5/1.

NBC scored a 2.1 rating among adults 18-49 and was the only network to break the 2.0 mark in the demo. FOX, 1.7, came in second, followed by ABC, 1.6, and CBS, 1.5. The CW managed only a 0.3.

Per usual, "60 Minutes" (6.0/12) gave CBS the lead at 7 p.m. The U.S. women's gymnastics trials earned a 3.4/7 for NBC. An "America's Funniest Home Videos" rerun on ABC was third at 3.1/6. "Don't Forget the Lyrics" finished fourth for FOX, ahead of "One Tree Hill" on The CW.

CBS stayed on top at 8 p.m. with "Million Dollar Password," 5.5/10. The gymnastics trials improved to 4.2/7 on NBC. "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" drew a 3.2/6 for ABC, topping the 2.4/4 for "The Simpsons" and "King of the Hill" on FOX. Repeats of "Everybody Hates Chris" and "Aliens in America" aired on The CW.

At 9 p.m., NBC's "Dateline" and CBS' "Cold Case" each scored a 4.9/8, with NBC drawing a few more total viewers. "EM: Home Edition" improved to 4.1/7 on ABC. "Family Guy," 3.2/5, and "American Dad," 2.7/4, finished the night for FOX. The CW went with "The Game" and "Girlfriends."

A second hour of "Dateline," 6.1/10, gave NBC sole possession of first place at 10 p.m. "The Unit" delivered a 4.6/8 for CBS, while "Desperate Housewives" posted a 2.1/4 for ABC.

Weekend ratings: CBS' repeats won the night with a 4.0/7 -- although no broadcast net had anything as big as Disney Channel's "Camp Rock" -- and FOX led on Saturday with a 3.1/6.
