A&E Renews 'The Two Coreys'
Coreys Feldman and Haim will make up or break up this spring
According to The Hollywood Reporter, A&E Network has ordered a 10-episode second season of the show that reintroduced the world to the stars of "The Lost Boys," "License to Drive" and "Dream a Little Dream."
While the first season, which boosted A&E's primetime averages in the 18-49 demo by a solid 40 percent, concentrated mostly on the "Old Couple"-style hilarity of Haim moving in with Feldman and his wife, the second run may have a darker tone.
The finale ended with Haim and Feldman splitting up amidst some feud or another. They reportedly haven't seen each other since.
"The first season of the show exposed some deep-seated issues between the Coreys, which really only started coming to the surface in the final episodes," Robert Sharenow, senior vp nonfiction and alternative programming at A&E, tells the trade. "This season promises more drama, tension and laughs as they struggle to make their relationship and careers work."
A&E is hoping for a spring premiere.
