Guess What? 'Chicken' Butz
Tony winner takes FOX comedy role
"Playing Chicken" will star Butz as a "loudmouth conservative" who is forced to live with his intellectual liberal brother after an accident leaves him in a wheelchair, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Butz won the Tony for best actor in a musical for "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels." His small screen credits include a guest spot on "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit." He's set to appear on the big screen opposite Steve Carell in the comedy "Dan in Real Life."
In other FOX casting news, Leslie Odom Jr. has joined the cutely titled drama "Supreme Courtships," which takes a soapy look at the the lives and loves of a group of judges.
Odom has had recurring roles on FOX's "Vanished" and ABC's "Big Day" already this season.
