Actor wants to keep property from ex

Grandmaster B is back on the market.

Former "Married ... With Children" actor David Faustino filed for divorce from his wife of three years, Andrea Elmer, report news sources.

The actor filed divorce papers in Los Angeles on Tuesday, citing "irreconcilable differences." In the petition, he is seeking not to pay spousal support and that "all property acquired during the marriage ... be kept as his sole and separate property."

Faustino, 32, met the 31-year-old Elmer, an actress, at LA's Agape International Spiritual Center, where his "Married" co-star Christina Applegate is also a member. The couple married at Las Vegas' Little White Wedding Chapel in January 2004, separated last May and have no children.

Faustino is best known for playing Bud Bundy on the dysfunctional family sitcom "Married ... With Children." His other credits include appearances on "Nash Bridges," "The X-Files," "The Bernie Mac Show" and various voiceover parts for cartoons.
