This is Huffman's second Emmy nomination. She won the Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actress In A Comedy Series for "Desperate Housewives" in 2005.  

 

 

 

Julia Louis-Dreyfus, "The New Adventures of Old Christine" (CBS)

This is Louis-Dreyfus' ninth Emmy nomination. She won the Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actress In A Comedy Series for "The New Adventures of Old Christine" in 2006 and Outstanding Supporting Actress In A Comedy Series for "Seinfeld" in 1996.

Tina Fey, "30 Rock" (NBC)

This is Fey's fifth Emmy nomination. She won the Emmy for Outstanding Writing For A Variety, Music Or Comedy Program for "Saturday Night Live" in 2005.

America Ferrera, "Ugly Betty" (ABC)

This is Ferrera's first Emmy nomination.  

 

 

Mary-Louise Parker, "Weeds" (Showtime)

This is Parker's fourth Emmy nomination. She won the Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actress In A Miniseries Or Movie for "Angels in America" in 2004.
