Maybe Lee Majors can make him funny
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the pilot, to be directed by "Strangers with Candy" vet Paul Dinello, focuses on a man (Kennedy) experiencing chronic back pain who undergoes a mysterious and experimental bionic surgery in Lee Majors' (Majors) Beverly Hills basement.
Lionsgate TV is producing the pilot for FOX.
Kennedy's small screen credits include producing and starring in "The Jamie Kennedy Experiment" and producing The WB's "The Starlet." On the big screen, he's been seen in "Malibu's Most Wanted" and the "Scream" movies.
