FOX Remembers to Renew 'Lyrics'
Wayne Brady will get at least 13 more episodes
FOX has ordered up an addition 13 episodes of "Don't Forget the Lyrics!," which shouldn't come as much of a surprise given that the most stable part of the network's revamped spring schedule was a Thursday featuring "Lyrics" and "Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader."
The Wayne Brady-hosted series aires at 9 p.m. ET on Thursdays with encores on Fridays at 8 p.m. at least until the network's January Friday schedule kicks in.
The show asks contestants to identify missing lyrics to 10 songs to win a million dollars.
After averaging more than eight million viewers per week in the summer, "Don't Forget the Lyrics!" has slipped to 6.8 million against stronger fall competition.
