Appendix-Free Jimmy Kimmel Returns to Work
Don Rickles, Keely Smith will be his first guests
The talk show host is cheerfully returning to work Tuesday (June 26) after having to undergo an emergency appendectomy last week.
"I feel much better now and am delighted to announce that Brad and Angelina may choose to adopt my appendix and give it a loving home," he tells People.
On June 20, the 39-year-old Kimmel had to skip out on the taping of "Jimmy Kimmel Live" when he was rushed to the hospital. Until today, all tapings of the show had been halted.
The show resumes with comedian Don Rickles and jazz singer Keely Smith as guests.
