Ben Koldyke and Tony Hale are 'Boldly Going Nowhere'

Relative newcomer Ben Koldyke and "Arrested Development" co-star Tony Hale have landed leads in the FOX comedy pilot "Boldly Going Nowhere."

Created by the "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" team of Rob McElhenney, Charlie Day and Glenn Howerton, "Boldly Going Nowhere" focuses on the not-so-thrilling day-to-day life on a intergalactic spacecraft.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Koldyke will play Capt. Ron Teague, the ship's rogue leader. Hale will play the ship's robot, a character the trade describes as an android who thinks he's superior to the human race.

"Boldly Going Nowhere" is set up at 20th Century Fox TV.

Koldyke's acting credits include bit parts in "Stuck on You," "Thirteen Days" and "24." He came to the attention of the "Sunny" guys with his short films "Jedi Gym" and "Osama Bin Laden: Behind the Madness."

Best known as Buster Bluth from FOX's "Arrested Development," Hale co-starred in the short-lived "Andy Barker, P.I." He'll next be seen in a guest turn on "Chuck."
