'Millionaire Matchmaker's' Valentine's Return
This time, Patti Stanger will also turn her talents to female and gay millionaires
In the mood for love? Bravo will provide a new dose of relationship help. The second season of "The Millionaire Matchmaker" will premiere on Bravo on Thursday, Feb. 12 at 10 p.m. ET/PT, just two days before Valentine's Day.
The new season will feature Patti Stanger and her lovelorn millionaire clients as well as female "millionairesses" and gay millionaire clients. It Stanger's book, everyone is deserving to find the love of their life. Her staff and a cadre of professionals ranging from stylists, shoppers, date coaches and therapists will combine their energies into grooming their clients to find the perfect mate.
And of course, Stanger's blunt assessment of clients, the situation and social perceptions will also come into play. In the first season, she famously once said that men perceived that "redheads are not the freshest produce in the aisle."
This season, one of the female millionaires includes an attractive, 40-year-old CEO of a fashion label who has to deal with ageism in dating, while one of the gay clients owns his own successful branding business. Stanger may also have matchmaking duties closer to home when her former executive assistant Destin Pfaff, who has been promoted, begins to work alongside his girlfriend Rachel, who took his former position. It's Stanger's hope to get those two empolyees engaged.
But before fans tune into "The Millionaire Matchmaker," they can pick up Stanger's book "Become Your Own Matchmaker: 8 Easy Steps for Attracting Your Perfect Mate," in bookstores in January.
