This will be the actor's second child

Soon, there'll be another McDreamy in the world.

"Grey's Anatomy" star Patrick Dempsey and his wife Jillian Fink are expecting a baby, reports People.

It will be the second child for the couple, who are also the parents of daughter Tallulah Fyfe, 4.

Fink, who owns a cosmetics line, and Dempsey, 40, met when the "Can't Buy Me Love" actor walked into her salon for a haircut in 1994. They got married in 1999.

Dempsey was first married to acting coach Rochelle "Rocky" Parker when he was 21 and she was 48. He then became the stepfather to actor Corey Parker (who is one year older than Dempsey) and actress Noelle Parker. That marriage ended after seven years.

"Grey's Anatomy" debuts its third season on ABC on Thursday, Sept. 21.
