What's It All About? From writer/creator Kenny Hotz ("Kenny vs. Spenny"), Peter and Ron are two best buddies and roommates in their early 30s, work as human guinea pigs at Testico, a less-than-normal product testing facility. In each episode, Peter and Ron are given a new product, experimental medication or treatment to test -- each with its usually ridiculous and negative side effects. Peter and Ron try to go about their lives as best they can while waiting for the effects to wear off.
