After accepting her award for best TV comedy, Lena Dunham said, "I promised myself that if I ever got this chance, I would thank Chad Lowe." Why? Because Hillary Swank didn't. Lowe got back to her quickly -- "YOU COMPLETE ME," he tweeted after her speech.
