'The Marriage Ref' requested: TV couples that could use a little help

The Issue: Trust. Neal Caffrey was a white collar criminal who eluded FBI Agent Peter Burke for several years before their tenuous partnership began, so lack of trust is a big issue between the con man and the G-man.

The Call: Neal wins. He's shown time and again that he can be trusted -- even when he appears to be doing something devious. Burke needs to open his heart to his new partner in (solving) crime.
